J1 vs Sagan Tosu: Manager’s Comments

Yoon Jonghwan

Many fans came to the stadium to cheer us through the game despite it being bad weather. We played after three consecutive defeats in the J League.
However, the victory at the Osaka derby switched our mood for the better. My players put their efforts in for keeping that condition. Although we conceded an opening goal, the lads displayed a fine performance, which led us to take the lead. I think our desire and excellent concentration beat the opponents. Most importantly, I am pleased that we could end the three league defeats run, which contributed to build the teams deserved for reputation as a top-flyer. It’s important for maintaining a good mood. The squad already have it. Not so many games to go. I would like to do my best for preparing the team, thinking each game is the last game.
