■Ariajasuru Hasegawa's comments:
"Though this may come as a sudden announcement, I have decided to transfer to Real Zaragoza. I feel truly bitter for not being able to leave the team with anything over the year and a half I have been here. However, I am grateful to everyone involved in Cerezo, starting with the manager, staff, teammates, and with the fans and supporters. You supported me no matter what happened, and as friends we cheered each other up when times got tough. I have a wealth of experience to take away. Leaving at this juncture is extremely unsettling. However, the chance to play overseas has been a dream of mine since I was child. So, I decided to accept the challenge and take the opportunity given me. Though we are unable to ascend to the J1 League together, I will support the team throughout from Spain. Thank you very much, everyone!"
